Purchase Shipping Kit

Here is some important information as well as tips and tricks for ensuring your flowers ship correctly. If this is too much of a hassle we have shipping kits available for purchase!

2. DIY Shipping Tips

  • When shipping your flowers, we recommend using a medium-to-large box that fits your bouquet snugly without squishing the blooms. Avoid oversized boxes to keep everything secure during transit.

    You’ll need:

    • A smaller box

    • Ziploc bags

    • Rubber bands

    • A Sharpie Marker

    • A printed copy of your order information

    • A wet cloth to keep the flowers fresh

    • Packing paper for extra protection.

Remember to remove all sentimental items before packing. If you want anything included in your frame, please send it separately, as loose items may get lost or discarded.

Don’t forget to include the packing slip or order confirmation number—without it, we won’t be able to identify your bouquet.

    • Never cover the flower heads in plastic. Your flowers need to be able to breath, just like us! :)

    • The fresher the better! No later than 48 hours: Keep your flowers in water and out of heat/sunlight as
      much as you can.

    • Shipping the bouquet to us is NOT covered by White Poppy and can be very expensive.

    • Our shop is closed on the weekends and holidays. PLEASE be sure that your flowers will be arriving to
us Monday-Friday, and not on holidays. We would hate to have your blooms sitting out all weekend!

    • Follow the instructions carefully!! PLEASE take the time to read it, because this is what will help keep your flowers as fresh as possible

  • Ship your flowers to our address:

    231 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84601

We suggest expedited, though it is more pricey. Do what you can afford! But keep in mind, the better it arrives the better it will press!

    • Check your local post office for pricing. It usually ranges up to several hundred dollars.

    • DO NOT select “sign upon arrival” when shipping - this could cause delay in us receiving your flowers.

    • Message/email us the tracking number for your package found on your receipt as well as pictures of your bouquet
      from your event.

Once we get your flowers, we will email you letting you know the condition and status of your flowers! If we haven't
emailed you we haven't received them!

Instructions:

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Assemble the smaller box upside down, leaving the top four flaps undone

  2. Tape the four flaps to the base of the inside of
    the larger box

  3. Cut slits in the top of the small box to make a
    “vase” for your bouquet

  1. Remove all ribbon/lace/pendants. We will discard
    these!

  2. Wet the cloth and cover all the stems on the
bottom of the bouquet, then secure with the
    rubber bands.

  3. Cover the rag with a gallon Ziploc bag.

  4. Add about an inch of water to base of bag

  5. Take remaining rubber bands and secure bag
    around cloth and stems.

Never cover the heads with plastic!

Instructions for the Bouquet:

  1. Secure the bouquet into the small box (makeshift
“vase”) so that it doesn't shift during shipping.

  2. Fill remaining space with crumbled packing
    paper to help stabilize.

  3. Place a layer brown packing paper/newspaper
gently over the top to help blooms stay covered.

  4. Print / fill out packing slip with order
information. Place paper inside a ziploc bag and
place on top of flowers or tape to the inside of
    the box.

Instructions for Packing:

  1. Close up box with tape and make sure it is secure
    with no openings.

  2. Write THIS SIDE UP, FRAGILE and RUSH
PERISHABLE on each side of the box in black
    sharpie and large!

IS NOT COVERED BY US! (make sure to
insure your package if you are worried about us

3. Opt For a Recreation

Sometimes, you don’t have the original flowers—but you still want something to remember them by. That’s where White Poppy Recreation comes in. Whether your bouquet has been lost, damaged, or never preserved in time, we can recreate it using fresh blooms that match the original as closely as possible.

Our team works closely with you to understand the colors, flowers, and feel of your original arrangement. Then, we source similar blooms and preserve them with the same care and artistry we use for all our keepsakes—pressed in a custom frame, encased in resin, or turned into wearable pieces.

It’s a second chance to preserve a memory that means everything. With White Poppy Recreation, we help you hold onto the beauty of a moment—even if the flowers have faded.
